An important activities of the New York State Art Teacher's Association
is the Portfolio Adjudication process.

County coordinators arrange for facilities and adjudicators.
It gives students at all grade levels an opportunity to get feedback from master teachers in an informal, supportive atmosphere.

Our Coordinator for Dutchess County for many years has been Robert Wood.
Robert is moving on to the New York State Board of Trustees level
to help manage the Portfolio Project in 2010,
and will be passing the torch of running the DCC portfolio event to
Christine Attlesey, from Wappingers Junior High.

Madalyn Grano coordinates the Portfolio Project
each year in Westchester County at her Purchase College site.

Adjudications take place annually in Dutchess and Westchester Counties.
