Our Keynote Speaker Deborah W. Meier is currently
at New York University’s
Steinhardt School of Education
as senior scholar and
has spent more than four decades working in public education as a teacher,
writer and public advocate. She began her teaching career as a kindergarten
and Headstart teacher in Chicago, Philadelphia and New York City
schools. . |

Nominate an
outstanding contributor
to art education from your county and region.
Region 7 has numerous local awards
that identify and celebrate our region's outstanding
and emerging art educators, supporters and resources.
Qualifications will be considered by the Region Seven Awards Committee.
Award winners and their district administration will be notified by February
25, 2012
and will be honored at Region Seven’s Annual Symposium
at SUNY New Paltz, Saturday, April 14, 2012
